WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.


After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.


We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

For our payment methods, we accept Mastercard, visa, and e-transfer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Processing of transactions takes around 1-2 business days.


We only ship between Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut off time is 4 pm MST.

Orders placed after 4 pm MST will be processed the next business day.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST?


Use a measuring tape.

Submit measurements in inches only.

WHAT DO I DO IF IT DOESN'T FIT?


A customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of his/her measurement.

One complimentary in-person re-measurement is present for those that reside in Edmonton, AB, Canada. 

Clients that ordered outside of Edmonton, AB Canada are responsible for shipping and return postages.

WHAT'S USED TO STRING THE BEADS?

We use a plastic string to string our bracelets.

This string has been tested to withstand a good amount of stretching, though we recommend not overstretch your bracelet to far more than it's intended size.

ARE THEY REAL STONES?

Yes, they are a variety of
semi-precious stones.
